Beverly Charles Panjaitan founded BCP Back in 2012. He graduated from Parahyangan Catholic Univerity (UNPAR) on September 2006, majoring in Bussiness Law. He practised in a number of prominent Indonesian law firms, and was entrusted to handle such practices area : General Corporate, Banking and Finance, Commercial Ligation, Criminal, Labor and Employment matters.

He has also experiences in handling numbers of election cases at the National Constitutional Court, part of the legal team who assisted and represented 5 (five) Candidates of the Regent of North Tapanuli for the Regional Head Election and Mr. Joko Widodo and Mr. H. Jusuf Kalla in the presidential election disputes.

He is a licensed Receiver and Administrator registered at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia and a member of Indonesian Administrator and Receiver Association (AKPI), a licensed Advocate and a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), a licensed Certified Legal Auditor and a member of Association of Indonesian Legal Auditors (ASAHI) and also a member of Indonesian Advocate Association (AAI). He speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.
